Welcome! The Knights of Columbus is the world’s largest Catholic fraternal organization with more than 16,000 councils and 2 million members worldwide. The Knights was founded in 1882 to render financial aid to members and their families and is still true to its founding principles of charity, unity and fraternity. Mutual aid and assistance are offered to sick, disabled and needy members and their families. Social and intellectual fellowship is promoted among members and their families through educational, charitable, religious, social welfare, and relief efforts.
Worldwide, in addition to raising and donating to charitable needs and projects, Knights volunteered millions of hours of their time to charitable causes. In Casa Grande, St. Anthony of Padua Knights of Columbus Council #3136 raises money for numerous charities and participates in many charitable projects and functions, such as St. Vincent de Paul, Crock-Pot Ministry, Laundry Love, St. Anthony Parish and School, and financial support to our Seminarians.
Being a Knight is more than camaraderie; it is being involved with our community, supporting St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church, enhancing your own faith and protecting and enhancing your family life. For more information contact Guillermo Retiz at guillermoretiz@gmail.com.
